Job Summary
Female candidate with experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or showroom sales (preferred but not mandatory). Responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing product guidance, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience while driving sales for tiles, sanitaryware, and concrete flooring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide product consultations based on their requirements.
- Explain materials, specifications, applications, and product advantages.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
- Maintain showroom displays, samples, and overall presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for deliveries and sample requests.
- Prepare daily sales updates and support showroom operations.
Requirements
- Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or flooring sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Good product knowledge and understanding of installation basics.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Professional and presentable; multilingual is an advantage.
