As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager to lead our in-store operations and drive sales.

Role Overview

As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, guiding customers through our product offerings, and leading the showroom sales team. You will play a key role in promoting products, especially in the Soft Flooring category, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain Relationship with Interiors & Architects
  • Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products (especially bricks, plywood, and related interior materials).
  • Convert showroom walk-ins into successful sales by offering professional advice and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure product displays are updated, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Showroom Operations
  • Oversee overall functioning of the showroom including inventory management, cleanliness, and team coordination.
  • Train and supervise showroom staff to maintain high standards of product knowledge and service.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, efficient, and welcoming environment.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report to senior management.
  • Utilize computer-based tools (CRM/Excel/POS systems) for maintaining sales data and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Stay updated on new products and trends in the bricks and interiors segment.
  • Educate customers and team members on product features, usage, and benefits.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in showroom or retail sales, preferably in interiors building materials.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic retail software.
  • Good leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong product knowledge in the interiors building sector.
