Overview

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Manager to take ownership of showroom operations while driving sales performance and managing high-profile client relationships. This role combines showroom leadership with direct client engagement - ensuring that Caspaiou's showroom always reflects our brand excellence, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the showroom maintains a flawless, brand-compliant presentation at all times.
• Oversee daily showroom operations and support the Sales Account Managers and Sales Administrator in their pipelines and follow-ups.
• Monitor showroom stock levels and oversee assigned FF&E projects.
• Manage your own portfolio of high-end clients, from consultation to after-sales.
• Conduct showroom and on-site client visits, providing expert guidance and design recommendations.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
• Track and report sales data and performance metrics to the Sales & Operations Manager.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets through coaching, coordination, and leadership.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in working with AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of managing high-value clients and driving sales success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
