Job Overview

The Sales indoor position will be responsible of marketing and representing the brand and selling the company’s products and services to clients and potential customers with the company’s showroom. He must understand the customers’ needs and ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making the purchase. He must establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build trust and act as support for prospects to ensure a potential future sale.


Key Responsibilities:

· Present, promote and sell the company’s products and services using solid persuasive and arguments to existing and potential customers.

· Building and sustaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

· Educate customers on the variety of products and services that the company offers

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Prepare reports and analysis on customers’ needs, issues, interested and potential for new products and services.

· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products and prices, and market conditions.

· Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing materials.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Proven experience as sales indoor.

· Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
