Showroom Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a passion for design and a strong knowledge of fabrics, furniture, and upholstery.

  • Greet customers and determine their needs within the showroom to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
  • Present fabric options explaining features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Advise on color, texture, and pattern coordination; assist with swatches and in-room layout planning.
  • Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries and installation with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, inventory accuracy, and knowledge of current promotions and new arrivals.
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of showroom or retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, upholstery, and furniture construction
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; ability to read clients' needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, CRM software, and basic computer skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A design sense and the ability to collaborate with clients and designers on color, texture, and style.
  • Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, as required.
