You are the face of Hillmuth Auto Care. You help create an exceptional customer experience while supporting the flow, cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our shops.

What You’ll DoClient Experience, Transportation & Logistics Support

This is your primary responsibility and where most of your time will be spent.

• Pick up and drop off clients safely and professionally
• Shuttle customers to and from work, home, or appointments
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts from vendors and suppliers
• Transport customer and company vehicles safely between locations
• Move vehicles throughout the property and between departments as needed
• Assist with fleet movements, vehicle organization, and parking management
• Support service advisors and front office staff throughout the day
• Maintain communication with the team regarding transportation status and timing
• Operate with urgency to help maintain workflow and customer expectations

Customer Experience Expectations

Operations & Facility Support

When you are not driving or supporting transportation needs, your responsibility is to help maintain the environment and support shop operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining customer waiting areas and lobby spaces
• Stocking coffee stations and customer amenities
• Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and common areas
• Emptying trash and maintaining organization throughout the building
• Supporting technician areas with cleanliness and organization
• Assisting with shop projects and operational needs
• Helping maintain an organized parking lot and vehicle flow throughout the day
• Maintaining lunchrooms, common areas, and shared spaces
• Completing end of day walkthroughs and resets

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Ability to drive automatic vehicles required
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Must pass background check and MVR review
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
