Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with ABM Aviation, is seeking full-time Shuttle Drivers to operate cutaway buses at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and is a union-covered role governed by the terms and conditions of an applicable collective bargaining agreement. Shuttle Drivers play a vital role in providing safe, efficient, and professional transportation services throughout the airport while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

In this role, Shuttle Drivers are expected to communicate courteously and professionally with passengers, clients, and team members at all times. Drivers safely operate shuttle vehicles along assigned routes and assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including the use of accessibility features such as wheelchair lifts and securement systems. Drivers also support passengers with luggage loading and unloading, greet and assist patrons traveling to and from terminals and parking areas, and provide directions or answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for completing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety standards, documenting and reporting any pre-existing vehicle damage, and promptly reporting incidents, accidents, or passenger concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Supervisor. Additional duties include refueling vehicles, maintaining accurate fuel logs, managing traffic flow when necessary, coordinating evacuation and emergency procedures when required, and ensuring shuttle vehicles are properly cleaned and disinfected after use to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Drivers must also perform basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks and adhere to all physical and driving standards necessary for safe vehicle operation.

Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a passenger endorsement. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. If a medical card is not currently held, the company will cover the cost for the required medical examination as part of the background and onboarding process. Applicants must also be able to successfully pass a DOT drug screening and background check. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment with professionalism and attention to detail. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Employment is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
