• C3 is based out of Harleysville and operates in the Indian Valley. Our current geographic service area is mainly between the Lansdale and Quakertown exits of the PA Turnpike. However, C3 is expanding throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and parts of Chester counties.
• C3 offers flexible, part-time cleaning shifts every night of the week and weekend to supplement your income.

Team Member Role Summary:

As a Carfagno Commercial Cleaning team member, you will be responsible to show up and sign in, clean following the designated checklist, then lock up and sign out from your assigned accounts during pre-scheduled time windows on a weekly basis.

Position Details:

This is a GENERIC job post for future C3 locations. Typical C3 Team Members work professional jobs during the day and desire extra income after work or on weekends. They earn an average of $22/hr on flat rate pay with a range of $18-$25/hr. Does that sound perfect to you? • Low-stress secondary income opportunity: Cleans are performed in secure offices and professional environments.
• Predictable pay with clear expectations: Pays $15-$20/hour via bi-weekly direct deposit, our average team member works 1-3, 3-hour shifts/week. Shifts pay a set "flat rate". Team members work alone at their own pace and can earn more per hour the faster they clean with high quality. Efficient team members earn over $20/hour.
• Flexible, after-hours schedule: Shifts are scheduled after hours at night or over the weekends when the business is closed. Therefore, the offices are usually empty. Team members can plug in their earbuds and listen while they work to escape the craziness of their week while earning additional cash for the family. This is a great position for a busy mom, needing some "me-time", or a working dad looking to provide more for his family.
• Supportive and accessible management: Each cleaner works independently at their assigned location with live support from the on-call management team.
• Supplies, paid orientation, and ongoing training provided for all team members.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work nights and/or weekends.
• Able to pass a background check with no significant flags.
• Own or have reliable access to a smartphone with internet data access and the capability to download and operate necessary applications.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs including wearing a backpack vacuum for up to 2 hours at a time.
• Comfortable with some commercial detergents and cleaners (we use as many eco-friendly, non-hazardous cleaners as we can).
• Physically able to stand, kneel, bend and carry as needed for the duration of your shift (shifts vary from two and a half to four hours duration).
• Able to work with or without direct supervision, read, write, problem-solve, and follow directions. Also work well with others as needed.
• Punctual with reliable transportation.

Our Team Members Typically:

• Work another professional job during the week.
• Work for C3 part-time while working toward a bigger goal they have personally or for their family.
