Summary

As a Fabricator at Gardner Signs, Inc., you will be integral to the production process, utilizing your skills to create high-quality signage. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate signage components according to specifications and design requirements.
• Assemble signs using various materials and techniques, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement effective solutions as needed.
• Conduct final inspections of completed signs before delivery or installation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication or manufacturing, preferably in the signage industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with various fabrication tools and techniques is a plus.
