Sign Installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sign Installer, who takes pride in their work and represents our company with respect and integrity.

This role involves installing interior and exterior signs at client locations while upholding the highest standards of punctuality, communication, and professionalism. You will be the face of our company on every job site, so showing respect to clients, coworkers, and the public is essential. Clear and timely communication with the office, especially regarding status updates, schedules, or job issues is a key part of daily expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site preparation: Remove old signage, prep surfaces, and secure electrical connections.
• Install a wide range of signs by safely loading, transporting, and mounting them on-site.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on existing signage as needed.
• Clean-up work sites and maintain tidy company vehicles after every job.
• Arrive on time, every day. Punctuality is essential for customer satisfaction and team coordination.
• Drive safely and responsibly. No reckless driving or unsafe behavior.
• Provide prompt, timely status updates throughout the day; return calls and messages without delay.
• Show consistent respect for clients, their property, and all individuals on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Physical fitness to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mounting hardware confidently.
• Expertise in Vehicle Graphics and window vinyl Installation.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate measurements and clean, professional installs.
• Problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to following schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Mandatory Screening Requirements:

• Drug test, Background check, and Driver’s license verification. (All must be successfully cleared prior to hiring.)

Work Hours & Location:

• Full time - Hourly Wage, Monday–Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
• Early morning start times depending on installation schedules
• Travel to job sites across NJ, NY, and PA (mainly in NJ).

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
