Sign Installers Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist sign installers with the setup, measurement, and positioning of signage on Customer's locations
• Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, or applying primers to ensure proper adhesion of signs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate installation is a plus
• Support with the fabrication, framing, or trimming of sign structures as needed
• Help with the installation of fixtures, sign faces, cabinets, or other signage components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for

Skills

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation preferred
• Knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols on job sites
• Skills in carpentry, framing, roofing, masonry, or concrete finishing are advantageous
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and supervisors

Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
