Shannon-Baum is looking for a full-time Sign Layout Technician to join our growing team in Eldersburg, Maryland. As a family-owned and operated sign, wrap, and tint company serving the community since 1950, we take pride in quality work, strong customer relationships, and a positive team environment.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Located at our Eldersburg, MD facility

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce custom signs
• Operate large-format printing equipment
• Assist with sign layout and production projects
• Work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Qualifications

• Previous sign-making or graphic design experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude
