Duties

• Cut, shape, and assemble signage components using various tools and materials to create durable, visually appealing signs
• Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and lettering with attention to detail for crisp, professional results
• Install signs on different surfaces including walls, windows, and various substrates
• Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret design specifications and ensure accurate execution of projects
• Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish
• Manage project timelines efficiently by organizing materials and coordinating installation schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols during manufacturing and installation processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in sign manufacturing or related trades such as carpentry or graphic design production
• Strong knowledge of sign-making tools, materials, and techniques including vinyl application, cutting machines, and fabrication equipment
• Familiarity with digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW for preparing artwork files is a plus
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights when necessary, and perform precise installations in various environments
