Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and assemble custom signs using a variety of materials and techniques, ensuring alignment with client branding and specifications
• Operate sign manufacturing equipment such as CNC routers, vinyl cutters, and printing machines with precision and safety
• Interpret design files created in software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Figma to accurately produce signage
• Prepare signage for installation by measuring, cutting, and finishing components to ensure quality standards are met
• Install signs at designated locations following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines, including wall mounting, post installation, or window applications
• Conduct site assessments prior to installation to determine best placement and ensure structural integrity
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in sign manufacturing or related craftsmanship roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW for preparing design files
• Hands-on experience with sign fabrication tools including vinyl cutters, printers, CNC routers, and digital art equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications accurately
• Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces during installations
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tools and working at elevated heights
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control
