Job summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our sign shop. This role involves hands-on production, fabrication, and installation of a wide range of signage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and fabricate various types of signs
• Operate and maintain equipment such as plotters, printers, laminators, and power tools
• Prepare substrates and apply vinyl graphics with precision and attention to detail
• Follow job specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sign shop, graphics production, or similar environment preferred
• Ability to read work orders and interpret basic design/layout instructions
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials up to 50 lbs. as part of regular job duties.
• Must be able to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the work shift while performing job tasks.
