Sign Shop/Graphic Assistant

Part-Time Sign Shop Assistant (Production + Office Support)

We are a family-oriented sign and graphics company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with production, apparel decoration, and general office duties. This is a part-time position (approximately 20+ hours per week) with a mix of hands-on and administrative work.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with sign production and assembly

· Apply and install vinyl graphics (some outdoor work required)

· Support basic sign installations as needed

· Operate heat press to apply graphics to apparel (DTF transfers)

· Prepare and organize garments for production

· Order entry and job processing

· Answer phones and assist customers

· Receive and organize incoming shipments

· Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Qualifications:

· Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW preferred

· Experience with heat press or apparel decoration is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional outdoor tasks

· Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule:
Approximately 20+ hours per week (flexible). Opportunity to become full time.
