Signage designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Signage Designer to design and develop indoor and outdoor signage solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, knowledge of materials and fabrication processes, and experience working with branding and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 2D and 3D signage concepts including:
• Outdoor signboards
• Indoor directional signage
• Acrylic and illuminated signage
• Vehicle graphics and wraps
• Wayfinding systems
• Prepare production-ready artwork and technical drawings.
• Create mockups and visual presentations for client approval.
• Select appropriate materials (acrylic, aluminum, LED, vinyl, etc.).
• Ensure designs comply with local municipality regulations.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams.
• Modify designs based on client feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency in all signage projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in signage or advertising industry.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• AutoCAD (preferred)
• 3D software like SketchUp or 3ds Max (advantage)
• Strong knowledge of printing, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Understanding of lighting and LED systems for illuminated signage.
• Knowledge of local signage regulations (especially important in UAE market).

Working Environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
