Signage Maker with Laser Welder Experience

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Signage Maker / Laser Welder to join our growing fabrication team. This role involves creating high-quality 3D letters and custom signs using aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials, with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and durability.

You will handle all aspects of sign fabrication — from cutting and shaping to bending, welding, and polishing — ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble 3D letters, logos, and custom signage
• Perform laser welding on aluminum and stainless steel components
• Operate machines such as laser cutters, CNC routers, bending machines, and grinders
• Carry out bending, cutting, grinding, polishing, and shaping of metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Assemble and finish signage components for both indoor and outdoor installations
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and finish quality
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Proven experience in signage fabrication, metalwork, and laser welding
• Skilled in working with aluminum, stainless steel, and acrylic materials
• Strong understanding of 3D letter fabrication and assembly techniques
• Hands-on experience with bending, cutting, grinding, polishing, and shaping tools
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and fabrication layouts
• Familiarity with design or CAD software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Illustrator, AutoCAD)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
