Signage Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sign Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our sign manufacturing facility. This role ensures projects move efficiently from design through fabrication, assembly, and into installation while maintaining high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Ability to speak English and Spanish is required. Skill with Outlook/Excel/Word is required. Ability to learn online applications + software tools.

Job Summary

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day management of operations
• Workflow Management: Overseeing daily production, prioritizing jobs, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
• Fabrication Oversight: Supervising the cutting, welding, painting, wiring, and assembly of various signage materials.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring output for quality, accuracy, and adherence to client specifications.
• Team Leadership: Managing, training, and scheduling production staff.
• Safety and Maintenance: Maintaining a safe, clean work environment and ensuring machinery (e.g., routers, CNC machines) is operational
• Order materials / hardware for projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sign industry (manufacturing /install) 5 years at least
• Ability to read blueprints / design packages
• Knowledge of hardware required for installation
• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent understanding of quality control standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of materials for sign manufacturing.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain analytics and operations management.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
