Signage production/Graphic Design

Job description:

We are a sign manufacturing company seeking a motivated team member skilled in graphic design with the ability to assist in sign production.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare artwork in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

• Set up files for printing, CNC routing, and fabrication.

• Perform color matching to meet client requirements.

• Communicate with clients and team members; provide excellent customer service.

• Use Microsoft Office and email for project coordination.

• Assist in shop production: load/unload materials, prepare jobs, and operate equipment.

• Lift up to 40 lbs as part of daily work.

• Train on CNC routers, large-format printers, and other sign-making machines.

• Forklift experience a plus (not required).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (required).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic Microsoft Office & email knowledge.

• Ability to work in both design and production environments.

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Important: This is not a web designer role. Applicants with only web design experience will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
