Job Responsibilities

As a dispatcher, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
Assign service calls to technicians based on location, skillset, and workload.
Optimize routes to minimize travel time and increase efficiency.
Monitor technicians’ progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Answer incoming service requests via phone.
Confirm and update customers on appointment times, delays, or changes.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups professionally.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician logs, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.
Ensure all completed service tickets are properly documented and invoiced.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with technicians and office staff to address scheduling conflicts and provide support.
Assist in planning and improving department workflows.

As a Call Center Representative,
We need a team player who is:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Skilled in answering multi-line phone systems
* Passionate about delivering EXCELLENT customer service
* Efficient at multi-tasking and flexible with changing priorities
* Strong in written and verbal communication
* Comfortable with phone sales and outbound calling (this is essential!)
* Ready to thrive in a busy, fun, and friendly atmosphere
* Capable of working collaboratively in a high-energy team environment
* Has Call Center experience
*Adaptable and comfortable with outbounds/inbounds
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
Computer skills and google excel skills at an intermediate level is required
Key Responsibilities:
