SIRA Certified Site Engineer (ELV / Security Systems)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a SIRA Certified Site Engineer with strong experience in ELV and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, SIRA compliance visits, BOQ preparation, and coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities as per SIRA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for ELV and security systems in compliance with SIRA laws.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Carry out SIRA inspections, site visits, and authority coordination, including documentation and approvals.
• Ensure installation and execution of systems as per approved drawings, SIRA standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and provide technical clarifications when required.

Systems Knowledge (Preferred):

• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Intrusion / Alarm Systems
• Intercom & Gate Barrier Systems
• Other low-current / ELV systems

Requirements:

• Mandatory SIRA Certification (valid).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV/security systems within the UAE.
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation and site execution.
• Thorough knowledge of SIRA rules, regulations, and approval processes.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Familiarity with authority approvals and inspections
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
