Job Title: Security Supervisor (SIRA Certified)

Job Purpose
The SIRA Security Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, and monitoring the daily on-ground security operations across assigned commercial, residential, or industrial facilities. The primary goal is to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff while strictly enforcing company policies and SIRA regulatory compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Guard Management & Leadership
- Shift Supervision: Lead and supervise security guards during assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of professionalism and discipline.
- Briefings & Deployments: Conduct mandatory daily shift briefings to update guards on specific site events, high-attention targets, and daily security objectives.
- Rostering & Attendance: Manage guard shift schedules, duty rosters, deployments, and attendance tracking to guarantee 100% site coverage without operational gaps.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide continuous on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to security personnel to maintain peak performance and operational alertness.
2. Site Operations & SIRA Compliance
- SIRA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure all on-ground guard activities firmly adhere to SIRA-approved security protocols and local UAE laws.
- Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections and mobile patrols across the premises to identify potential vulnerabilities, safety hazards, or unauthorized entries.
- Systems Oversight: Supervise the functioning of the on-site security control systems, ensuring that CCTV monitoring, access control units, and alarm systems are being managed correctly by operators.
3. Incident Management & Escalation
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary on-site responder to accidents, fire emergencies, medical issues, or security breaches. Coordinate directly with Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Police, or medical services as required.
- Investigations & Reporting: Perform initial, unbiased investigations into security incidents (such as thefts, property damage, trespassing, or accidents). Prepare comprehensive and accurate incident reports for management review.
- Scene Control: Secure and control emergency scenes or crime areas effectively until law enforcement or corporate management takes over.
4. Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Point of Contact: Serve as the active bridge between the client's site representatives, company operations management, and the frontline guarding team.
- Customer Service: Maintain polite, clear, and highly professional communication with clients, tenants, and visitors, effectively handling difficult situations with minimal disruption.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing (Mandatory): Must possess a valid, active SIRA Security Supervisor Licence / Cadre Card.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the UAE security sector, with at least 1–2 years serving in a supervisory capacity.
- Legal Status: Valid UAE Residence Visa and a clean Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate (addressed directly to SIRA).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required for writing technical reports. Proactive multilingual skills (e.g., Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are a strong advantage.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is frequently preferred or required for multi-site patrolling operations.
- Tech Literacy: Proficient in using MS Office application tools (Word, Excel) for managing duty rosters and drafting digital reports
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
