SIS Developer / ETL & Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL workflows and automated data processes.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, Excel, and flat files.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in SQL Server (2016/2019+).
• Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency in reporting, pricing, and data processing tasks.
• Ensure robust error handling, logging, and performance tuning in SSIS packages.
• Support deployment and maintenance across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot job failures, and resolve data issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with SSIS and ETL development.
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, T-SQL, and SQL Server performance tuning.
• Experience with automation processes and version control tools (Git, TFS).
• Exposure to .NET development is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
