SITE ARCHITECT

We are looking for a Site Architect to join our fit-out team in Qatar.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out / finishing works.
• Good knowledge of site execution, shop drawings, and material coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site team.
• Experience in reviewing drawings and ensuring work is executed as per approved design and specifications.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials such as gypsum, joinery, flooring, marble, painting, glass, and ceiling works.
• Ability to prepare site reports, snag lists, and follow up on daily progress.
• AutoCAD knowledge is required.
• Previous experience in Qatar is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality of finishing works.
• Coordinate between design drawings and actual site conditions.
• Follow up with subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Report site issues and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
