Site Architect Engineer

We are seeking a Site Architect Engineer to join our team, responsible for leading the architectural design and planning of a variety of construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver high-quality, functional, and sustainable structures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.

Responsibility's

• Develop conceptual designs and architectural plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Create detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects.
• Assist in developing project budgets and control costs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to designs.
• Address design issues and provide practical solutions.
• Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations.
• Prepare and maintain architectural documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations.
• Stay updated with architectural trends, technologies, and materials.

Conditions:

• Applicant most have 12 years of experience in contracting work.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
