Job Description: We are hiring a Site Associate Engineer to support dredging operations. The role involves assisting the lead engineer in machine operation, maintenance, and mechanical problem- solving on-site. This is a great opportunity for young engineers to gain hands-on experience in heavy machinery and mining operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical operations, especially dredging or marine machinery.
• Proficiency with mechanical systems, pumps, hydraulics, engines, and industrial maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in field conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain dredging equipment for placer gold mining operations. Conduct mechanical inspections, routine maintenance, and urgent repairs as needed.
• Work closely with mining experts and field teams to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Ensure all mechanical activities comply with safety standards and operational protocols. Troubleshoot issues in real-time and provide immediate technical solutions on-site.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in procurement and selection of dredging and related mechanical equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
