Site Billing Engineer

Billing Department:

· Taking actual measurements of all the work as per drawings & Preparation of Measurement sheet along with sketch /layout etc.

· Checking & verification of all bills & finalization of same by checking measurements, specifications of job as per work order etc.

· Checking of bills of all work as per work done on site & as per work order BOQ & clauses.

· Keeping the project wise, phase wise & work wise records (Hard & soft copy) of labour contractor bills, Material delivery challenges, measurement sheets & all billing & work-related documents & Contract documents.

· Checking of reconciliation statement of all materials.

· Co ordinating with A/c. dept. for the timely payments of all contractors.

· Weekly site visit for supervision, billing related works.

· Checking of work status, its quality, material Coverage / consumption, measurement sheets etc. in a site visit.

· Keeping all records of vendor contact details, documents of vendors, billing records & vendor company profiles etc.

· Working in ERP software for maintaining all contracting & billing data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,197.74 - ₹41,999.61 per month
