Key Responsibilities:
- Review and finalize road & bridge design drawings and alignment using design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MX Road).
- Coordinate with survey and geotechnical teams for inputs and validations.
- Monitor execution as per technical specifications (MoRTH/IRC/IS Codes).
- Prepare DPRs, BOQs, and construction drawings.
- Conduct quantity estimation, billing, and documentation.
- Supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality & timely delivery.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure safety and environmental standards are maintained.
- Preparing project documentation for proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
3. Qualifications:
Educational:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in highway/road/bridge projects.
- Experience in government/World Bank/NHAI/PMGSY/RCD projects in Jharkhand or Eastern India is a plus.

6. Work Schedule:
- 6 Days/Week
- On-site job (must be willing to relocate to remote Jharkhand project sites)
7. Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹6–8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
