Key Responsibilities
Site Operations and Quality Control:

Supervise
and direct all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, blueprints, and relevant building codes/standards.

Inspect
work in progress to ensure quality of workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.

Manage
site logistics, including material storage, access, and temporary works, in coordination with the Site Manager.

Maintain
a detailed and accurate daily site diary recording progress, manpower, equipment, and significant events.

Assist
the Project Manager in developing, monitoring, and updating the overall project schedule (Gantt chart) and work breakdown structure (WBS).

Coordinate
with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams (e.g., procurement, safety) to ensure timely delivery of materials and seamless execution of work packages.

Facilitate
coordination meetings (internal and external) to address technical issues, progress challenges, and interface conflicts.

Implement
and enforce the project's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plan, conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site safety inspections.

Manage
and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders, quality records (ITPs, check sheets), and As-Built drawings.
Identify,
track, and help resolve technical and operational risks that could impact schedule or budget.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree
in Civil Engineering.

5 years
of proven experience in site engineering in Building construction.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Any Nationality (Preferred Arabic Language)
Technical and Software Skills

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus.

Competency in AutoCAD or similar software for drawing reviews and adjustments.

Solid understanding of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and documentation.
