Position: Site Engineer

About Us:
World Legend Contracting LLC is a leading construction company in Dubai, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and high-rise projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain steady project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship and material quality, and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Ensure full compliance with project safety standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site technical issues.
• Verify quantities, assist in BOQ tracking, and report on material and manpower usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in high-rise, residential, or commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and site execution procedures.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, and other authority requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
