Site Civil Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer (Abudhabi Municipality approved, 5+ years experience)

• Estimation & BOQ: Prepare cost estimates, review drawings, quantity take-off.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day construction/fitout works, ensure compliance with DM regulations.
• Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Required Skills

• DM approval (mandatory).
• Strong in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera for planning & estimation.
• Strong understanding of UAE codes, DM approvals, and authority submissions.
• Ability to handle estimation + execution without need for a separate cost engineer.
