Job Description:
A leading villa contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead and manage residential villa construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong site execution skills, deep knowledge of authority procedures, inspection handling, project planning & consultant coordination.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, Man power, and resources, resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation

Quantity Surveyor

Experience: Minimum 2 years (UAE experience)

Responsibilities:
*Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and contract documents.
*Conduct quality checks and site inspections as per project specifications.
*Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
*Track project progress and provide cost control support.
*Prepare and submit project-related documentation and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
