About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Civil Engineer with solid experience in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, site management skills, and the ability to ensure project quality, safety, and timely execution in accordance with approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily with Project Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors, and other departments.
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment on site efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at the site promptly.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferable Arab National
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the construction field, specifically in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, site execution, and finishing works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
