Role Description:

CONIN is seeking a dedicated Site Civil Inspector with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting civil construction works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect civil construction works including concrete, masonry, steel works, and finishing works
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction methods on-site
• Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports and highlight any discrepancies
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project management teams
• Conduct quality control tests and document results
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Identify and report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction inspection
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations
• In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on-site
