Site Construction Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervise and support site workers on daily construction activities, especially on large building projects. Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to drawings and site instructions. Coordinate materials and tools, maintain good workmanship quality, and report progress or issues to the Site Engineer/Foreman. Assist with hands-on work when required and ensure full compliance with site safety standards
Requirements:

• 3+ year experience in building or large/ high-rise construction projects
• Strong understanding of basic construction methods and site activities
• Ability to read and follow drawings and site instructions
• Good supervision, communication, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of UAE site safety rules and proper use of PPE
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions
• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage a small group of workers
• Basic English and Hindi communication; other languages are an advantage
