Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate daily site activities, personnel movement, and crew assignments for operations.

Ensure all equipment, materials, and consumables are available on site prior to job start.

Lead site readiness checks, including HSE compliance, rig-up/rig-down requirements, and client approvals.
-
Maintain direct communication with Operations Management and Field Supervisors.
-
Monitor job progress, record data, and ensure proper documentation for each operation.

Prepare and submit daily activity reports, crew lists, operation summaries, and time sheets.
-
Support inventory control at location (fuel, chemicals, PPE, tools, and mission-critical items).
-
Manage Third-Party personnel and verify their attendance and performance.
-
Facilitate coordination with operation teams for troubleshooting equipment and urgent repairs.

Ensure site safety rules, stop-work authority, and NESR HSE policies are fully enforced.

Provide early alerts for any potential delays, HSE concerns, or logistical challenges.

Assist in conducting toolbox talks, safety meetings, and client walk-arounds.

Ensure clear recording for operational work hours for reporting and invoicing.
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
-
Additional HSE or Operations certifications.
-
3–7 years’ experience in well services, or field operations.
-
Strong background in site coordination.
-
Strong understanding of Well Services operations such as FRAC, WT, Coil Tubing, WL, UC & SAWCOD workflows, and field logistics.

Competent in MS Office, Excel reporting; basic SAP/CMMS familiarity is a plus.
-
Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients.
-
High level of safety awareness and compliance culture.
