Site Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Site Coordinator (Safety) to support daily site safety operations and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards. The role involves monitoring safety practices, enforcing PPE requirements, and promoting a safe working environment across the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support daily site safety activities.

• Ensure all employees, contractors, and visitors comply with PPE requirements (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, vest, etc.).

• Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe conditions or behaviors.

• Report incidents, near misses, and safety observations to the Safety Officer/Supervisor.

• Assist in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.

• Support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns.

• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and inspection records.

• Coordinate with site teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture on-site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or any related field.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in a site safety or HSE-related role is preferred.

Preferred Certifications (Plus):

• NEBOSH IGC

• OSHA Certification

• IOSH Managing Safely

• Any relevant HSE Training Certificate
