Site Coordinator

Sira Studio is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of project sites and ensure execution is delivered to the studio’s standards.

This role extends beyond supervision alone. We are looking for someone who understands organization, presentation, coordination, and the importance of details within both high-end residential and commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the daily movement of project sites, including workers, furniture deliveries, installations, contractor coordination, final styling preparation, cleaning coordination, and overall site organization to ensure projects are executed smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate furniture deliveries, installations, and on-site setup
• Supervise workers, contractors, suppliers, and technicians during execution
• Ensure all items are installed correctly according to the approved design direction
• Follow up on project progress and report updates professionally
• Identify execution issues, missing items, or finishing inconsistencies
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and project stakeholders
• Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Assist in final project styling and client handover preparation

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional and presentable personality
• Ability to manage fast-moving project environments
• High attention to detail
• Basic understanding of interiors, furniture, styling, or luxury spaces
• Previous experience in interiors, fit-out, furniture coordination, or site supervision is preferred
• Must be highly organized, responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented
