Site Coordinator

Role Description
GAC – Globe Alliance Company is seeking a dedicated and field-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple project sites. The Site Coordinator will act as the primary link between Site Supervisors, Operations Management, Clients, and Field Personnel to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

The role requires regular site visits, workforce monitoring, client coordination, and support for new project mobilizations.

Experience Required:

• 3-7 years of experience in site coordination, facility management, construction operations, manpower services, or project support.
• Experience working on multiple sites simultaneously is preferred.
• GCC experience is an advantage. (higly prefered)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently between project locations.
• Good understanding of construction and facility management materials is preferred.
• Proficiency in market research
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license preferred.
