About Us

GridPoint Electromechanical Works L.L.C. is a specialized MEP contractor delivering electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and electromechanical solutions for luxury villas, residential developments, commercial spaces, and high-end fit-out projects across Dubai.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Electrical Site Engineer to join our growing team and support the execution of premium MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage electrical installation works on site.

* Coordinate daily site activities with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other trades.

* Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings before execution.

* Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedules.

* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

* Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

* Ensure compliance with DEWA requirements, project specifications, and applicable regulations.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Monitor manpower productivity and material requirements.

* Coordinate electrical works with plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and ELV systems.

* Attend site meetings and prepare technical clarifications when required.

* Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and site measurements.

* Support authority inspections and project closeout activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

* 1–3 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting.

* Experience in luxury villas, residential projects, or commercial fit-out projects is preferred.

* Good understanding of electrical systems and installations.

* Familiarity with DEWA regulations, inspections, and approval processes.

* Knowledge of plumbing and MEP coordination is an advantage.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* UAE Driving License preferred.

* Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
