Site Enginee Interior fit-out

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 1-2 Site Engineer to manage day‑to‑day site activities for commercial office interior fit‑out projects. The role involves supervising site works, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit‑out works (civil, MEP, joinery, partitions, ceilings, finishes).
• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and support project scheduling.
• Ensure all works comply with HSE requirements and Dubai regulations.
• Manage materials on site and ensure correct installation.
• Assist in inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural/Interior Engineering.
• 3–7 years’ UAE experience in commercial office interior fit‑out.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, construction methods, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; MS Project is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and site management skills.
