Location-Chennai and Bangalore

Job description:

• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• REQUIREMENTS
• Willing to relocate to Chennai.
• Minimum 2 years of total experience.
• Free Accommodation and food provided.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Candidate should know Malayalam (Speak/write/Read)
• Two wheelers required
• 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
