Site Engineer

Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.

Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth site operations.

Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and material tracking.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of work.

Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly and effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 to 8 years

Strong understanding of civil construction methods, techniques, and materials.

Ability to handle manpower and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and willingness to work at project sites across Chennai.

Pay: ₹9,762.60 - ₹32,180.55 per month
