oles & Responsibilities of a Fresher Site Engineer

Site Supervision & Monitoring

Assist senior engineers in supervising day-to-day site activities.

Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor manpower, materials, and machinery at site.

Quality Control

Check quality of materials delivered at site.

Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards.

Report defects or deviations to the senior engineer.

Measurement & Documentation

Take site measurements and prepare daily progress reports.

Maintain records of work done, materials used, and site activities.

Assist in preparing bills and reports for contractors/subcontractors.

Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and laborers for smooth execution of work.

Assist senior engineers in liaising with consultants, architects, and clients.

Report daily progress and issues to the project manager/engineer.

Planning & Scheduling

Support in planning daily/weekly site activities.

Ensure timely availability of materials and tools for site work.

Follow timelines to avoid delays in project execution.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure workers follow safety protocols and wear PPE at site.

Identify and report potential hazards at site.

Adhere to statutory and company safety guidelines.

Learning & Skill Development

Gain practical knowledge of site execution, project planning, and quality management.

Learn to read and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Develop communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
