Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams to deliver efficient results. A valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure quality standards for bricks, materials, and construction work.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, suppliers, and workers.
• Handle site documentation, reports, and progress tracking.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety measures, and company policies.
• Travel between sites as required (company vehicle/fuel allowance provided as per policy).
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to read drawings and handle site planning.
• Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
