Site Engineer

Role Definition
Site Engineer is the one who is responsible for completing the project on time as per design. Prior each stage of site work source and deploy skilled labors, contractors and material vendors as per requirement, coordinate with Vedha Architect office and submit daily -Weekly reports. Deliver the architectural quality work as per design.

Responsibility Deliverable
1. Labor contractors, Material vendors sourcing and management
2. Complete each stage of work On-time as per timeline
3. Quality delivery of work as per Architectural design, No-compromise.

Pre-Requisite Knowledge:
The Site Engineer should have minimum 2 years of site work experience, dealing with labors, material procurement, Reporting system.

The candidate must have experience in with knowledge of below site experience.

Civil Work: The candidate should have knowledge and LIVE SITE EXPERIENCE on Foundation, Beams, Columns, Slab casting, Masonry, Plumbing and electrical works, Plastering, Tiling, Marble/Granite works.
Interior Works: The Candidate should have LIVE SITE EXPERIENCE on False ceiling works, Carpentry - solid wood works, Interior plywood Mica lamination, louvres, electrical works, to take cutting list, polish works, kitchen cabinet, minifix system. knowledge on ACP, SS, glass works

Tamil Nadu, Kerala
Office Location:
Cochin, Chennai
Current site Location:
Chennai, Trivandrum, Cochin, Trichy- The candidate would be placed in any of above site location accommodation will be provided with TA by company

Salary:
Salary package communicated at the interview
