Site Engineer

One of the biggest residential construction sites located at Alibaug urgently needed Project Manager for its Alibaug projects

Position: Project Manager -Capacity to handle multi projects

Experience: 15-20 years in Bungalow or Township

Education: B E (Civil)

Location: Alibaug

Team Size: As per the project size

Salary: Salary is not a constraint for right candidates

Good experience of Bungalow structure, Sites and Interiors

Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

·Clint interaction on visits and guiding the progress of the project

· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

· Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

· Proper planning and coordinating with the site engineers and purchase to ensure smooth supply of material

· Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

· Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

· Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

· Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
