Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Solar Site Engineer to join our team at Solid Solar Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar installation, ground-mount structures, piling, inverter setup, and substation integration. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring timely and quality execution of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation of solar power systems (Ground-Mounted).
• Oversee site preparation, piling work, and mounting structure installation.
• Handle inverter connections and coordinate substation-related work.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met during project execution.
• Manage daily site operations and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site-level issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in solar installation projects.
• Good understanding of ground-mount solar systems, pilling work, and substation requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Willingness to work in remote site locations.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and quality control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,575.38 - ₹37,647.07 per month
