Job Title: Site Engineer – Upgrade and Elevate Building Constacting LLC

Location: United Arab Emirates

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out of residential and commercial properties, and will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring high-quality finishes, and coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Prepare daily reports and updates for management.
• Assist in procurement and quality control of materials related to luxury villa projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fit-out works of residential and commercial properties.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out standards, finishes, and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
